The balls were too big for me. I've had three vaginal deliveries, and I've had incontinence ever since having children. I could not even feel that they were in me, so I couldn't do the required squeezing to try to hold them in..even jumping up and down did not make them fall out. Guess I need smaller balls. This is purely a novelty item. First of all, based on the size of these things, the octomom could hold them in. They are very uncomfortable and I didn't get any "good vibrations" until I removed one of the balls and then it was only subtle. Not worth it, save your money!
