I have braces and this floss is the best I have ever tried. It's the thickest by far and for me that's what really matters. The threaded part is really thick also which helps. I would also recommend this style of floss to anyone because of the thickness. BTW have braces for 3yrs. Get em off in 2 weeks, I know about floss.
