This wonderful little light is more effective than either of my larger full spectrum therapeutic lights, and so much more convenient to use. But of course like other therapeutic lights it needs the correct dose and timing to work effectively, so if you don't have a clinical diagnosis I highly recommend seeing your doctor first.Customer Review: Very Impressed

This is a very intuitive device to use. Simple. Programmable. Daily use involves simply hitting the on button - pre set settings means it runs automatically. Effect is clear within days. Read up on light therapy. I chose this one because it was featured in the Mayo clinic article on the subject. Very pleased.Customer Review: Great product!

The Apollo Health GoLite is a great product for people who have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I have been using it now for a few weeks and I love it. It works and I have had a significant difference in mood.. of course for the better! This is an excellent product. I work rotating shift work and have been suffering from severe insomnia for a couple of years. Heavy medication would not put me to sleep. The goLite has restored my circadium rhythm and I am sleeping better than ever now without meds.Customer Review: Apollo Light P1

The P1 is amazing! I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder living in N.E. Indiana, and the P1 is something I can carry with me from room to room as well as take it with me very conveniently when traveling as it also helps with jet lag. This is an amazing product!
