I was foolish enough to leave mine at a hotel. I needed to get a new shaver and I immediately decided to get this model again, even though it was more expensive than the first time I paid for it! What better praise is there than that! It is quick, goes through my tough beard easily and painlessly, and cleaning it with water is a brilliant step in razor cleaning technology. Despite some of the negative reviews of some responders, I have found this shaver to meet all my needs. It shaves close and in reasonably good time. It does not pull hairs.
It is easy to disassemble and easy to clean. Also I like not having to adjust for closeness. It has just one setting and its just fine. Recommend that buyers buy a replacement head at the time of shaver purchase. I did not. Prices are high at other retail outlets.

This is by far the quietest shaver I've owned (after a Braun and a Remington) since I gave up blade shaving. It also gives me the best shave with the least amount of stretching and fewest second passes.
Very little not to like: a quibble is that the connection to the dock can be difficult and a pain when in a hurry. Maybe I've yet to master it.
Only had the shaver a couple of months but so far it's totally satisfactory.

Did a lot of research before getting this for my husband as a Christmas present. Other reviewers seemed happy with it, so I decided this was the one. It does a nice job. Holds a charge for a LONG time even with daily use. My only complaint would be that if it isn't emptied regularly the powdery wiskers dusk the counter in the bathroom. Having said that, it's super easy to pop the head open and dump the junk out right into the sink.Customer Review: Ótimo produto

Barbeador excelente, não irrita a pele, faz uma barba bem rente, a bateria dura bastante e também é bem silencioso.
Inicialmente, nos primeiros dias de uso, a pele sente um pouco o barbeador, mas a própria norelco avisa que podem haver irritações de pele que faz parte do processo de acomodação da pele.
Já estou usando ele a 10 dias sem recarregar e nem sinal da bateria estar proxima do fim.
