Let's face it, modern men like to groom themselves more than ever. For many men, part of this grooming includes trimming and/or shaving body hair, on ALL parts of the body. Well, this sleekly designed and easy to use body groomer is just the ticket to safely and professionally get the look (and feel) that we want. I have owned 3 other types of body groomers, and I'm here to tell you that the "Philips Norelco BG2040/34" is THE best on the market. Everything you need to get the precise trim/shave you are seeking is right there on one little unit, and it is truly easy to use. With my first use, I didn't get one nick, pull or bite in any of the highly sensitive areas. (Fellas, you know the areas I speak of) When I was through, I was amazed at the results, and so was my wife, whom immensely enjoyed the well trimmed look as well as the baby-smooth parts.
If you are a long-time groomer and have used this product, I know that you agree with me. If you have never groomed "below the neck" but are considering it, then I highly recommend buying this groomer and getting it done right the first time. The price is extremely fair for such a wonderful product, so, you really can't go wrong. Trust me.

I was in need of a body hair trimmer since I was fed up with using an old beard trimmer and wanted to thin out the thicket of body hair my Jewish and Italian ancestors had passed down. I was intrigued by this product because of the dual heads, being able to switch from trimming to the foil shaver with a press of a button is amazingly convenient. At first I thought the handle to be cumbersome but after using the product it actually is an advantage having the large handle because it helps to reach those odd and hard to reach areas of your body. (think back of you legs, butt and back) It is also waterproof making clean up easy, especially for me since using it in the shower means not having to lay out towels on the floor and sink top to catch all the falling hair. Both heads detach to clean out any hair that might have gotten stuck. The battery life is more then sufficient for an entire body use (~35mins fully charged). All in all this is exactly what I needed in the most convenient and effective design. I've had mine for 2months now and assuming it doesn't crap out on me I can't find a single flaw.Customer Review: Quality and versatile shaver that does what it says

Right out of the package this shaver has a solid feel to it. It fits very nicely into its charging unit and looks sleek.
But, looks aren't what make this a great shaver. You have two ends, each with their own on/off controls. It's meant for below the neck, but you can easily trim above the neck as well. It does a superb job. Not much pulling and easily maneuverable.
And I very much like the way I can adjust the trimmer with what I think are a lot of settings... more than I had expected. That makes sure I don't take off too much. (Reminds me of going into a barber shop and asking for a 'light trim' and walking out as if I had just joined the Marines.)
This is a sturdy, great product that does the job. You can't go wrong, above or below the neck.

I just received this product a two days ago. Very pleased with the performance of this groomer. I should clearify that I'm male, and have been "man scaping" for sometime. Most recently I started to shave my legs, ( actually spilled some hair remover on my legs and liked the look so I kept going) and after all the different products: waxing, hair removel lotions, different types of electric shaver, razors, this groomer by far does the job. The results on my leg were much better then anticipated. I did not groom for a couple of weeks prior to ordering and receiving this product. I only had to do a small touch up the following day. I was able to reach most of my back which has always been a problem. Only wish it come with a 2-3 inch attachment on the handle to make it easier.
Note: Shave in different directions. This worked the best for me. Also, did not use in shower. Think it works better when hair is dry.
Would recommend this product.

The trimmer is amazing. I owned the first one that came out BG2020 and compared to this model it is use-less. This model is great, metalic cover with rubber grips for great holding. It is heavier then the earlier models, has buzzers on both ends which can have only one on at a time (great incase ur absent minded like me at times). The pivot head is one of the Key additions that makes the model superior, reduces any possibilty of cuttes or close calls. The other being the groomer itself has a battery power indicator, if you have had any bodygroomer with out one you must know how annoying it is to not have enough juice to get your job done. The light indicates charging, low battery power and full battery, great to know since most of these devices can malfunction if left charging to long. A must by if interested into personal grooming men and women alike. I've gotten all my friends into norelco because of this model series.
