I purchased this unit recently and was extremely disappointed that it broke after using it only a few times.
Amazon would not replace the unit. They gave me partial refund only. Now when I go back on Amazon, the price has increased from $58 to $65.
I bought this to replace the original BodyGroom because the blade kept falling out and the battery was dying. As soon as I used this one, it had the same problem. The head blade falls out repeatedly while you are using it. After just a few uses, the head blade just broke and would not go back in.

This works well -- for now. But I had an earlier version of this and after a few months the head kept falling off when I used it. I finally gave up and ordered another, choosing the more expensive version in hopes it would last better, but it turned out just to offer an extra type of clipper which is of no use to me. I fault Amazon for not making this clear in its description of this shaver. Got my fingers crossed that this one will not start falling apart soon!Customer Review: Just didn't work for me and my hair

This sounded cool, but it hurt a little when I did my chest. Doesn't cut very close either. I followed the direction exactly. I tried it dry and wet and still hurt/pulled my hair a little. Razor does a better job and doesn't hurt! I'm returning this Monday. I'm going to stick with regular clippers and the new gillette mach razor. My hair was only a few days long from being shaved so it wasn't too long on my chest...just stuble..Customer Review: Quite possibly the worst device ever built.

I wish I could say that I didn't hate it, but I do. I really do. Why, you ask?
1. Razor doesn't cut anything more than 2mm in length
2. Trimmer doesn't cut anything. Especially not hair.
3. Battery lasts about 10 minutes of usage
4. Works even worse in water
5. The stand is horrible.
6. It's oddly loud, too.

does not shave any part of your body good. all it is good for is shaving your arms & legs a bit closer. not a good clean shave on any part of the body. leaves bumps on legs, hurts on other parts of body.
do not buy.
