Customer Review: Disappointing result

I had great anticipation to receive this shaver given the good number of reviews. This was for my husband who used the shaver, and after 15 minutes couldn't get a decent shave, and had to stop because his face got red from the heat of the product.
That notwithstanding the fact that it was rather plasticky flimsy, and he had some time getting the battery cover back on properly. I guess you get what you pay for, and this just wasn't worth the money, or the time it took to get it or send it back. Looks like the only way for my husband is to spend more on an upgraded model.

This shaver is either too rough on the skin or not effective enough. If I just place it over my skin then it barely does it's work. If I put a little pressure on it then it irritates my skin. Not good for me. Sending it back.
