Product is, and has been, just fine. Have used Norelco for over 40 years, or so, with no problems. My only complaint: the shipping and handling costs (over six dollars). I've used these replacement heads twice. The body and battery still functions well. I forget how good the new heads are until I begin to get razor burns. I found the new replacement heads easy to install and they made my next shaving experience feel like I had a brand new razor. It made a wonderful difference and yet it is more reasonable than purchasing an entire unit ( and less wasteful for the environment).
