This was a great buy , less money than discount department stores. Extreme difference for the better in my razor. I thought my razor was cutting good and I was just in a hurry until I put in these new cutting heads. Guess I was wrong, these cutting heads are all the difference. These blades were difficult to find at local drug stores and department stores. Local stores carried similar items but not for the model I required. These blades were easy to find on line and were less expensive than what I would have paid if they were stocked in the stores. Quality of the product seems fine. The head of my razor fell off and I could never get the old blades back in. The whole thing was a few years old so I didn't feel too bad replacing it, but I decided to give these a shot. They were simple to install and WOW this thing works so much better. I forgot what it was like to have new blades. The Philips Norelco HQ8 Spectra Tripleheader replacement heads for my razor are a critical part for obtaining a close shave. The heads should be a normal replacement every 12 months. Somehow the time slipped by and it was a longer time period before I purchased these new heads for my razor. I have found these easy to change, it just takes a couple of minutes.
These replacement heads are just as effective as the originals and they last about the same amount of time in my case that is about 12 months.
I am now using my second set, since purchasing my shaver and would have no problem recommending these to someone else.
