I have used Norelco shavers for many years. I purchased my Arcitec when they were first released and was pleased with the shave and over quality of the razor. My replacement heads have been a different story. Either they've change their manufacturing process, or they are reworking rejected or used heads. The body of the head has sharper edges and I'm writing this review with 3 ingrown hairs and a sore upper lip. I need to go over and over an area to get a shave and then it's sub-par.

Because of my investment in this razor, I am going to order another replacement head and just hope my last was one just slipped through their quality control or missed some part of the sharpening process.

I bought these replacement blades about 3 months after being my Nivea shaver. The replacement blades were worse then my worn out original blades. I ended up putting the old ones back on and throwing these away. I dont understand why but they hardly pick up any hair.

After month or so one of the blades fall of and i called product support department they told me that head is not under warranty

The razor and this style of head leaves stubble. Disgraces the legend that had once been Norelco. After two decades of Norelco razors, I returned to blades.
