Customer Review: Good razor, but blades not prolific

My husband loves the performance and cut of this razor, however, the blades are difficult to find in the stores. We usually have to purchase these online, which works out better since there is no shipping or tax; BUT once the blades go out, there is no warning, and, the razor completely stops working until you replace the head. The last time this happened I had to go buy him a "backup" razor to get him through until the blades were received in the mail.Customer Review: Was it worth it?

The instruction say that you should change the Unit once a year. I waited about six months beyond that date. Big mistake. I used to have to go over and over my face to get an O.K. shave. Now in a fraction of the time I get a great shave. I thought that the battery on my razor needed to be replaced because it would only last about four or five days... With the new blades and the quicker shave the battery has lasted more than three weeks!!!Customer Review: pleasure shaving again

I purchased this replacement shaving head for my electric razor received as a gift, after discovering the merchant who sells the shaver does not carry replacement parts as this; i.e.: Wal-Mart. It made the shaver like new again and while recommended replacement is yearly, I will consider replacing each six months to maintain comfort. Installation is a matter of seconds; simply pull the old one off and place the new one on-done.Customer Review: Exactly what I needed

I try to replace my Norelco Arcitec electric razor blades (RQ10) every year. I usually find them at one of several large department stores, but no one had them this year. So I decided to try Amazon.com. Not only were they available, but at a much better price than I had found anywhere! It seems I can almost always find what I need online through Amazon.com. Sadly, the first order of this product was lost in the mail. But, you never know about a company until there is a problem. Amazon said fine, we'll ship another with no charge. And boom, it got her the next day! This product have given me the equivalent of a new razor. I had the original blades for several years. There is a huge difference when you get new blades. My face is now baby soft and smooth! yessss! thanks.
