Customer Review: Norelco electric razor

I find that this electric razor performs very well. I had another Norelco for many years and was happy with it too. I gave in to the Braun promotions and purchased on from Amazon about a year and a half ago. I was very disappointed with the Braun razor performance, so here it sits, unused and gathering dust. For something which costs over two hundred dollars and performs such a simple task, the product was way over sold.

I received the 1090 and it gives a very comfortable shave.
Having read the negative reviews before purchase, I cannot agree with any of them.
There is no excessive noise and it is quieter than my older model Norelco. It shaves smoothly and there is no razor burn.
I make one exception to my statement above. I also do not think it is worth $240, but then no razor is worth that kind of money.

I am 64 years old and have owned many electric shavers. This one is the best by far. It gives a great shave and the battery charge seems to last forever. The thing I like best about it is how easy it is to clean. You just flip open the three shaver heads, rinse away the whiskers under the tap, shake off the excess water and then leave the heads open in the shaver stand to dry. Easy. This shaver was pricey, but to me, worth the money.

This razor gives me the best shave I've ever had in my life and I've been shaving for 40+ years. It just doesn't get any better than this. I've shaved with the best blades I could buy, with Remington razors that honestly were a waste of money, although they were cheap, and Braun, a razor that I feel is totally overrated. The arcitec shaves smooth, quick. and close. Beyond that the fit and finish of the razor itself is second to none. Do yourself a favor, try it!Customer Review: awesome

This shaver is awesome. I'm in Iraq and sand is always an issue here. It gets into everything. This thing is so easy to clean and the carrying case that came with it protects it from all the dust and sand that is around. I'm in the military so having a clean shave daily is a must. This thing is exceptional. I haven't had a face this smooth since before puberty kicked in. It's a little more expensive that most others but it was worth every dime!
