Customer Review: Great Product plus Great Customer Service

My husband and I have used Sonicare toothbrushes for about eight years. My hygenist is bored with me now since there's not much for her to do when i arrive for my twice-a-year cleaning. The days of her chipping and scraping around on my teeth are history. Anyway, after all those years the toothbrush handles finally began to wear...weren't holding a charge well anymore. So, we upgraded to one of the newer models, which ARE even better than the originals. Then, about three months in, my husbands' began to sound really loud, and the vibration of the brush wasn't right either. So he called Sonicare customer service, explained what was going on. They apologized for the problem and said they'd send a new brush handle right away. Sure enough, one week later the UPS guy delivered it to our door. Simple as that.

Customer Review: more efficient than other electric toothbrush

As a dentist, I have tried this toothbrush as well as other electric toothbrush, such as Oral-B. Unlike other rotary toothbrush, this one is unique because of its high frequency of brushing strokes(31,000/min). It is more efficient than other similiar products. However, I believe that a regular toothbrush can clean as well as any electric toothbrush. It's like driving a car with automative transmission vs manual. Both can take you to the same destination. Electric toothbrush does make one's life easier if one spends the time to use it correctly. And an electric toothbrush's coolness provides some motivation.
Sonicare is a fine product, but it does come with a high price tag. If you are willing to spend the money, this is probably the best electric toothbrush out there. Take the time to brush your teeth, even if you are using a electric toothbrush.

Sonicare is absolutely, utterly brilliant. I’ve been using the Advance model for almost three years, and even though it's still working very well I'm seriously tempted to buy the Elite. It almost seems like it can't get any better, but if it does - I want it!
Yes, it does cost a lot, but there is absolutely nothing that takes care of your teeth and gums like this thing does. As far as I’m concerned, that’s ‘priceless’. I used to have bad gum pocket problems, and now they are almost normal in depth. And every time you brush your teeth they get so squeaky clean it’s like you’ve just had a professional cleaning at the dentists. It takes some getting used to at first, but once you have you’ll probably never be satisfied with another toothbrush again.Customer Review: Never Cleaner, Never Smoother, Never Felt Better

I've had all kinds of electric toothbrushes ... going all the way back to the first Water-Pik which gave a shower more than a teeth cleaning. I have never had a better brush, and because it feels good, one doesn't skip brushing. And because I haven't skipped brushing, my last checkup almost (underline "almost") didn't call for a cleaning.
If one person uses it, the battery will last 5 days, maybe 6. Although the brushes are easily changed, we decided to buy two of these and just leave our individual brushes attached.
One recommendation to Sonicare: use brighter colors on the replacement brushes. It's difficult to determine the difference between any two bush heads. Another reason to get two. I can never go back to a regular brush ... or even my old Braun.
Customer Review: Smaller Pockets

I have been having trouble with deep gum pockets that have increased dangerously to an 8 depth. The dentist had put me on a 4 month schedule to make sure he kept a good eye on it. I got the Elite about month ago and went in for my appointment yesterday. My 8 pockets had decreased to 5, 5 to 3 etc. This was the first time in the last 5 years they have decreased. The Elite seems to have cleared up my problem and only after a month. I never used the old Sonciare but I have been using a cheaper competitive model so I have to say this is far superior based on the results. My teeth also feel much cleaner and the smaller angled brushhead make it easy to get the backs of my teeth. Sonicare took a long time to update their model but they obviously weren't just sitting around.
