I changed from my Braun Oral-B to the Sonicare Elite. While it's true, it does a great job of cleaning teeth, it's a pain to keep clean. The removable brush head has areas that are really hard to get to. Even with a thorough cleaning after every use, it looks like "scum" builds up in the moving parts area of the brush head. Look out bacteria and stuff. I'm now trying to drop the brush head in 'efferdent' weekly. Seems to work - but who ever designed this thing, did not have cleanliness and convenience in mind! I'll be going back to a new Braun.
