I have used the battery operated unit also chargable for 15 years and will no longer purchase these product due to quality control? Charger does not last. Thats why I said keep your receipt. They will repair it, but I realized over the past years that the quaily of their products have changed. I purchased 5 toothbrushes in the last 3 years for family member. 2 chargeable and 2 battery operated they arent working properly. The battery operated should stay on for 2 minutes more, its more like 15 seconds and shuts off. The 2 with charges one was purchased used for a little over a year , So we replaced it with another on a year later that one isnt working. Purchased a new battery operated one. We will see how long this one lasts.
Finally called customer service and spoke with Thomas in Canada. I guess its my fault. I didnt keep my receipt. Wanted to help me trouble to repair. When I spend $80.00 to $100.00 or $40.00 on a battery operated one I expect it to last more than one year. Especially becaused earlier products did last.
