Customer Review: Back using Sonicare after a long pause

This is a great toothbrush. I use it along with my wife, with separate brush heads, and the process is very manageable.
I use the compact and she uses the regular brush head. Both seems to work very well.
The brush has several settings depending on time you want to dedicate to the brushing, based on sensitivity of gums and also includes a gum massage mode.
The battery charge is very solid, and for two people, using it everyday, it seems to last a long time.
The UV sanitizer comes with this Kit, and while I can not vouch for the scientific benefits of such a devices, the blue light comes on every night, and it at least makes me feel more comfortable knowing I have less germs on my toothbrush.
Look out, or search on the internet for a $15 coupon that is sometime available as a rebate from Sonicare.
Enjoy this product, hopefully as much as I have.

I've used an older model of the Sonicare toothbrush for the past two years and I love it. My teeth are really clean and my dentist approves.
The FlexCare Plus is even better. The features have been improved and they've added a gum massage function that's terrific.
The one problem I had with the older model was that when you selected what function you wanted - sensitive, regular or quick brush - you couldn't tell for sure that you had selected correctly. They fixed that in this new one. You can now easily select what mode you want and it stays highlighted on the brush.
I've loved my older Sonicare and this one is even better. Highly recommended!

Dentist told me few years ago this was the best way to protect your teeth and gums. Didn't get around to buying. Dentist was so right that this is light years ahead of normal tooth brushing for cleaning teeth and keeping gums healthy. Fact that it has a method for completely sterilizing brushes made me take the jump to buy. Insructions easy; the pause system that tells u when u have spent enough time on a section of your teeth makes this so user friendly. Lasts long time between charging--nearly a month. Be prepared for irst time use---it will tickle like crazy. Switch it to "sensitive" for a few brushings and by 2nd brushing I had no tickling sensation. You immediately adjust. Moved from sensitive to normal seeting within a week. If a family---you'll need more than one power wand, since if one of you is traveling, who gets custody of the Sonicare becomes an issue! After I bought this, saw some sets come with multiple wands.Customer Review: Handle broke after 1 year, but customer service replaced it free

I'm sure other reviewers have covered how great this toothbrush is. I was extremely disappointed when the handle broke after 1 year of use. It still seemed to be vibrating but it seemed like something mechanical was "stuck" inside - the hum was higher pitched and the actual metal stick that the toothbrush goes on was not really moving anymore. Because I like the brush so much I was prepared to buy a new one, but first I called customer service to check if there was something I could do to fix it, and they offered to send me a new handle free, and a pre-paid shipping label to send back the broken one. This was just after 1 year... I have no idea what the warranty was for...
Some reviewers had similar problems and reported less success with customer service, rating the brush poorly. I just wanted to offset those reports with my own experience. If your brush breaks be sure to contact customer service!

I recently purchased the ProSeries Sonicare toothbrush after a few years of using a conventional toothbrush. Before that, I had owned and loved a Sonicare that had been discontinued and I couldn't find the replacement brushheads any longer so I ended up throwing it away. I knew I wanted to go back to Sonicare and am so happy I finally did! The first brushing gave me amazing improvement in the overall cleanliness of my teeth and now after a month of use,I have noticed improved health in my gums as well. I love all the little features like the different modes to use and I love having the UV Sanitizer. At first I thought it was a little silly, but now I am confident in knowing my toothbrush is clean! I love my Sonicare! If anyone is having concerns or doubts and are not sure what to buy, just go with this one! Splurge a little and get the extra features and UV Sanitzer. It is worth the money to have a healthy and clean mouth!
