The toothbrush heads came as promised, but I was a little uncertain about them at first. They were NOT in the package that was shown. There were just 3 brush heads in a clear, unmarked clamshell. I could not tell if they were Sonicare brand or if they were new or used, or what. However, I did end up using them, and they work well. Just wish there was more branded packaging so I knew these were legit.Customer Review: Great product and fast transaction

There is no labeling on these to let you know that they are in fact from the stated manufacturer... rather a small little label to indicate that they may be from that manufacturer. Doesn't really sit well with me, but they look just like what I got with my original toothbrush and the oem was out of stock when I tried to order from them - plus these were a fairly good price - can't complain about that too much.
