I really like this toothbrush. No, I don't like having to replace the heads, and I really don't like having to use the special toothpaste. I can't find the toothpaste in stores around here anymore, so we stopped using it and use regular Colgate Total. I can't tell a difference.
But I love the smooth and clean feeling, and I love the way this toothbrush seems to clean between the teeth better than a regular brush.
Bottom line, the brush is a bit spendy, but, I think, worth it, and my teeth and gums are in much better shape than when I was using a plain brush.

I'm not that big a fan of the IntelliClean system, too much going on with the toothpaste and awkward head. But my wife bought it to replace the old one which broke, so sort of stuck with it. The replacement heads are hard to find anywhere...so I have to say this was a very good deal. Fast shipping, highly recommend...Amazon was the only one on the net who had it in stock at the time I bought it and for a very good price.Customer Review: Hard to find

It is getting harder and harder to find these replacement head brushes. This item that once was available at every Target store is now only available at it's online store or from other companies. There is no telling why this is so since it is such a good toothbrush. They replacement brushes are expensive and need to be replaced every three months, as they get more hard to find, i feel less likely to keep my brush.Customer Review: good if you like intelliclean

These brush head replacements for the intelliclean system are really expensive. I wouldn't recommend the intelliclean sonicare. It's the one where the toothpaste comes out of the handle up the brush head and onto the toothbrush with a push of the button. These get clogged easily and the toothpaste is expensive.Customer Review: Right Size but Rattles

These toothbrush heads are hard to find, so I was glad to find them on Amazon. However, the first head that I tried rattled when I used it. I have not tried to use the second, so I do not know whether that rattles as well, but I am still using the first as it is still very useable, just slightly louder.
