I really enjoyed this toothbrush for the eight months it worked. The other day, I couldn't get it to turn on at all. I installed new batteries, no luck. Cleaned out all the ins and outs, still no luck. I'm a bit heart-broken.Customer Review: The other reviews are right...

It stopped working after 12 days. Sent it back to Amazon for a refund. No real time or money lost, except for the drive to the post office. But all of the other reviews that say this product won't work are correct.
