I've been crushing pills multiple times per day for over a decade and have had a number of different pill crushers. This one is IT! I still use a mortar and pestle for crushing big things like vitamins but this pill crusher is my #1 choice for everything else. The little wings on the lid give you really good grip to twist and retwist the grind job. They last a long, long time, too.
