I thought this pill splitter would be a good replacement for our old splitter that was showing signs of wear. New blade and 2 compartments to hold cut pills would be great. WRONG. The blade does not cut cleanly. It almost crushes the area where the cut should be - lots of pill dust and weird sized pieces. Actually, the old cutter works better than the new one. Don't waste your time or money on this splitter.
