OK, here is the deal. First I want to state that the penis enlargement cream basically helps to get the blood circulating in the penis cavities. It dilates the tissues in the penis to help allow more blood in there. The cream alone will NOT grow your penis. It is a temporary effect. It is NOT permanent! You should be using a combination of the penis cream, penis-pumping and penis-stretching exercises (jelqing). To give you a report on my penis-enlargement regime, I started with 5.4" long and 4.8" thick (erect). After about 14 weeks, it is now about 6.25" long and 5.2" thick. I consider this a success although my goal is 7" long and 5.8"-6" thick.
My routine is as follows: Apply penis cream, then heat the penis for about 3-4 minutes (hot pack or hot towel -- (105-110 degrees) to get the cream working, blood flowing and tissues to expand. Then I pump the penis for 5 minutes. Then I jelq (manually pulling the penis) about 5 minutes...then its back in the pump for 5 minutes. Then the finish it up, jelq for 5 minutes. Then I am done. Total of 20 minutes per day with 5 minutes prep time. I do this 6 days per week to allow one day for tissue repair. And I should mention, I am 50 yrs old. You will get better results if you are younger (testosterone effect).
One last note: unless you are persistent, you will be disappointed. Penis enlargement takes time. There is no other way around it. Time and consistent effort will most definitely pay off.
