I'm on a number of medications, two that cause a serious amount of constipation. Even using laxatives, extra fiber, and softners, I still found it difficult to have a comfortable bowel movement. I had been looking for something more natural that would help, "Bingo"..a little bit of research and a whole lot of help. The recommended dosage is to take 2 twice a day. Within 24 hours I was having a regular bowel movement with less laxative use, necessity of more fiber and softners. Triphala always works. 100% of the time. I have IBS and need to something to help get me going. If I use a laxative or flax, I will cramp like the devil. Triphala is a miracle worker for me.
