This is by far the worst thing I have ever bought on the internet!! One of the steel legs is 2 inches shorter than the other 3 legs making it obviously defective and useless. The rest of the chair is not well made, either. DO NOT BUY!! The company's response to my request to return it for a refund was only to say they would give me 50% credit if I keep the chair and fix it myself (not possible)....I paid 100% money for a chair that's useless. I got no such credit nor any options to return the item for a refund.Customer Review: Massage Chair

The Item i received was damaged every time they sent a new massage bag the bag had a hole in it. Im not happy that the people did not believe me that the item was damaged.
