Where do I start well.... First it was very hard to get on the penis if the man doesn't already have an erection you won't get it on. Second the ring is hard to get off the base of the pump on to the penis. Third it didn't help my husband at all because we couldn't get it to stay all the way erect like it was inside the pump. It pumps up good but good luck getting it off it don't come off too easily.
