Bought this stethoscope for much less than in the stores. Have always bought Littmann in the past, but for non-critical care areas this is a perfect blend of quality and price with a pretty good "feel". Auscultation is very good, but like I said, may not be for the highest critical care areas. Would buy again.Customer Review: broke after using it daily

I use this on approx 6 patients a day. The small side of the bell kept coming unscrewed and finally broke off. Maybe it is because I pull it in and out of my bag so many times a day, I'm not sure. It lasted about 6 months.
