Bought this for my wife, she's currently taking a Paramedic class. It works great in the home, but while in an Ambulance you cannot hear any vitals. Would reccommend you just pay the extra money to get a Littmman if you need it for any thing other than home stuff!!Customer Review: Pink Ribbon Stethoscope
