I use these on my 8 year old severely autistic son. We use them as a daytime diaper, since he is way too big to fit into the largest Huggies/Goodnites diapers, yet too small to wear adult size diapers. It works well for us, even though he is way over the weight limit stated on the package. However, we cannot use them as an overnight diaper for him. He urinates quite a bit while asleep and this diaper would not be able to hold it all.Customer Review: Worked well for my 5-year-old

My 5-year-old wets the bed every night, often several times. She always wakes up with the entire bed soaking wet. These underwear have worked very well for us. Sometimes the pajamas are damp in the morning, but that's certainly better than the entire bed being wringing wet!Customer Review: HORRIBLE. A tissue would be just as effective.

I have used a total of five packages of these so called all night underwear. My six year old and my seven year old have both worn them. We have had a total of ONE night in which ONE child did not end up soaking wet...the bed, their pajamas, everything. I gave it more than a fair go (in case one package was defective or something) but have seen that it is simply that these are not nearly absorbent enough to last all night. These diapers fit poorly and after getting wet only once it would hang off my 3yr old son until they would finally just slip down his legs. He hated them and refused to allow me to put them on him. They also were very "puffy" and looked like big layered lacey underwear. Waste of money. Going back to using "goodnites."
