I've been using Proboost for 5 months. It is recommended by Dr. Teitelbaum as part of his treatment for CFS/FMS patients as a means of stopping colds/flu -- we take it when the symptoms of illness first start. So my daughter and I managed to avoid ALL illnesses so far this cold/flu season and usually we tend to catch everything out there. Every time we start to feel out-of-sorts we take 3 packages per day of the Proboost for 2 to 3 days.
I'd like to be able to take it all the time as recommended by the proboost site, but it's just too expensive. I have several chronic illnesses and my monthly bill for supplements is already over $500 (doing the Teitelbaum program plus Sunrider). The Proboost site recommends taking 3 packages per day, but that would require you to buy 3 boxes per month. So we just take it whenever we feel a cold/flu/illness coming on.
By the way, you can buy this for less at [...]. You have first place an order for a box of Proboost at the regular price of $49.95 and then you are given the option of setting it up as a "replenishment order" --- something like Amazon's autoship program. The "replenishment" price is 20% less, so the price per box then becomes $40.
