I have used this product extensively, but can no longer find it available at any retail facility in the town where I live. Rather than ruin my good kitchen utensils, it became a mission to locate this product. The first place I knew to google was Amazon.com, SUCCESSFULLY! It is an amazing product; I can clean my utensils without waiting for my housekeeper's weekly schedule at my house.Customer Review: misleading pack
