This item is advertised by Balego & Associates as having a 2-year warranty. The packaging I received includes NO warranty information. In fact, the manufacturer on the pack and the manufacturer on the invoice are not the same. On the web site provided, this item is not even listed as currently in production, and the ice pack is dated 2007. Selling discontinued old stock?
Have contacted the seller about the warranty info, and they have not responded in 10 days.
As for the pack, I chose this because I am getting tired of seams ripping on the "leading brand" and gel pouring out after only a few months, and I didn't mind paying a bit more for a pack if it carried a longer warranty. The seams on this one appear to be better made than what I've tried in the past, but there is not nearly as much gel inside as I would like, so the pack has so little heft it's hard to keep in place, and it doesn't stay cool as long as the leaky "leading brand."
Plus, again, if it fails, there doesn't appear to be a warranty, as promised. I'd steer clear.
