I have tried many insoles, and these are by far the most comfortable for my feet. I am on my feet on a tile floor at work all day, and these make all of my shoes feel better-- a more cushioned step with less pain in my arches. Other insoles I have tried are either not supportive enough or they don't stay put. But these are the perfect balance of cushioning and support (without the discomfort of harder insoles) and lightweight design. I have these in all of my shoes, from boots with 3-inch heels to flats to athletic shoes. My only criticism is that since they are foam, the toe & ball-of-foot areas wear out quickly (after just a couple of months with regular wear). However, at the low price they are affordable to replace. I love these and will never wear any shoes without them!
