I'd been using ProFoot 2 oz Miracle insoles (the all blue ones for women) for years. They were the only insole that allowed me to walk in comfort (I have chronic plantar fasciitis). Unable to find the all-blue originals, I purchased their replacment (the purple ones). They are in no way the same as the ones I'd been wearing. They're a diffrent, shape, contour, and thickness. In fact, in the heel area there's a raised cushion area which actually aggravates my heel condition.
Please don't think that these purple 2 oz. miracles are the exact same thing as the old all-blue ones. The newer ones may work for some, but I absolutely cannot tolerate them, unfortunately.

I have emailed Profoot.com twice inquiring as to why the company switched from the formfitting blue insoles to the heavy, not formfitting, uncomfortable, purple insoles. It looks like they didn't even bother to design another package. The purple insoles are not the same insoles as the blue, and quite frankly, I feel suckered. If you are looking for the same comfort as the blue insoles, the purple insoles are definitely not the same. I tried to contact the company via email, (that is the only contact info they have listed) and they have not emailed me back. The Profoot company is unresponsive. I have gotten a lot of spam recently though.Customer Review: similar to other item

I bought these thinking they were the same as ones I had gotten in the past. The description is exact on the package. The product is totally different. These have a high arch, that is very thick and hard. I tried one and ended up having to take a pain pill. Use caution if you go by the description.They are different than the Profoot 2 ounce Miracle Custom Molding insoles for women-color blue
