order confirmed on 12/3 shipd 12/7 arrived 12/11. packaging is different from picture as i think profoot already updated their packaging. much better package. the box it came in was big :) definitely kept the product in safe condition even if it fell from a building :) the item is as what i expected. i searched high and low for a thicker heel snugs and this is exactly what i got. its measures close to .5 inches but not exactly half an in. it is soft and when pressed, it goes down to 1/4 in.
