I've been taking Promensil for over 4 years now (I'm almost 51) and it got me through perimenopause into menopause with no problems. It eliminated all night sweats, and made hot flashes barely noticeable. I have always performed aerobic and strength/flexibility exercising and my diet is way less than ideal. The only thing that made a difference in my symptoms was the addition of this product. I only take a multivitamin otherwise. It also stabilized my moods and I sleep like a rock. I can't recommend this product enough! It takes a while to work (4-6 weeks for some), so be patient and take it at the same time every day.
Stop suffering and try this! It truly works.
