This is a large refill of standard Purell. It has a flip top, not a pump. (Photo shows a pump - this is wrong.) You can easily use this with the existing flip top, or use it to refill your pump bottle.Customer Review: Purell review

This is the greatest product. I have diabetes and I use it before I test on my hands also my hot water takes forever to come to my downstairs bathroom so I us it there too, to save water. Great Product!
