Get results overnight. This cream doesn't smell so great (like lanolin) so I use it at bedtime. First file rough areas well with good foot file Flowery Swedish Clover Foot File * #530 or 2-Sided Foot File, wash your feet then apply generous amount to entire foot, masaging well into dry areas. You will see a big improvement in the morning. If you do this every night for a week, the change will be amazing.
