I've been suffering from migraines since I was 13 (I'm now 25). I've been perscribed both Relpax and Imitrex. Relpax didn't help at all and Imitrex worked somewhat but always made me feel strange (I don't even know how to describe it) so I tried not to take it unless I really needed it, otherwise I would just suffer through the pain until it went away. So I heard about MigreLief about a year ago and my initial thought was "Why would these pharmaceutical companies spend so much time and money to develop the medications I've been taking when there is for all intents and purposes a vitamin pill that can cure me?" So I never even tried it. So a little over a month ago I had an awful migraine and I said "I have to try this stuff. I have to try anything that might work." So I bought it. I can't tell you how amazed I am by this product. I haven't had a migraine (or even a headache for that matter) since I've been taking this stuff for a month now. For the past 12-13 years I've never gone a month without a migraine. I used to get about 1-2 a week. Now, nothing! My life always revolved around "What if I get a migraine?" "What if I get a migraine while I'm on vacation? What if I get a migraine on my wedding day? What if I get a migraine during a show? (I'm a drummer in a band), What if I get a migraine at Christmas? etc." There was always this fear that something would be ruined because I'd be suffering a migraine attack. Now, I don't have to worry about it. It's unreal. I was a total skeptic proven dead wrong. Just give one bottle a try, I'm so glad I did! My only regret is that I didn't try it sooner. I have had migraines for years. I usually got one every day for 10 days straight. I took Excedrin Migraine for years but I got so tired of having upset stomach (even though I stuffed myself full before taking them), and my prescription drugs (Amerge) were over $2 a pill even with my excellent insurance coverage. I was taking Headache Free vitamins with TwinLab Tri-Boron Plus, which has extra magnesium, but they weren't helping much. My migraines were getting worse and more frequent so I stopped taking Headache Free and started MigreLief. I take two MigreLief a day and one Tri-Boron Plus a day. I started noticing improvement after about 3-4 weeks. By the second month, my migraines were down to about 4 or 5 a month and when I did get them, they were much less severe. I also got a book called Heal Your Headache and it talks about food triggers. I found out regular milk and bananas were my food triggers. I now have been taking these for about 4 months, and although I still get migraines, they are not as frequent and not as severe and I can usually manage the pain with Advil. I don't know if these pills would be as effective for me if I didn't take Tri-Boron Plus with them, but I don't want to find out. If you have taken these and they did not work, I recommend taking Tri-Boron Plus or some other vitamins with extra magnesium with them (magnesium helps thin the blood and are very beneficial in reducing migraines).Customer Review: Hard to believe, but it works

I have been taking Migrelief now for about three months and in the third month, it started working. I get migraine headaches for 3-5 days straight during my cycle for the past 2+ years. Prior to that, I got migraines without reason all of my adult life, not associated w/my cycle. Many trips to the doctor, neurologists, MRIs, different meds, therapies, etc., and finally came to rely on Maxalt when I would get one. That worked, but it still knocked me out. My NP recommended Migrelief. I tried it as recommended on the bottle 2X/day and reviews said to be patient, indicating it may take 2-3 months. I was patient and in the third month of faithfully using it, I had NO headaches with the onset of my cycle. Truly a miracle because I've been a migraine sufferer my entire adult life. My neurologist says that I do not have traditional migraines, do not suffer auras, or sensitivity to light, etc. Mine today are very much tied to my hormones. You must be diligent and take it 2X/day. I DON'T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS. BUT I WILL ON THIS ONE
I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING MIGRAINES FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS. ONLY THIS YEAR WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I EXPERIENCED THE MIGRAINES EVERYDAY. I WAS LIVING ON TYLENOLS AND THAT DIDN'T HELP.
UNTIL I WAS DOING SOME RESEARCH. FOUND THAT MAGNESIUM HELPS A LOT. BUT THE MAGNESIUM WITH CACIUM HELPED. BUT UPSET MY STOMACH. I RAN ACROSS A BOOK " WHAT YOUR DOCTOR MAY NOT TELL YOU ABOUT MIGRAINES" BY ALEXANDER MAUSKOP, MD. IN THIS BOOK HE TELL YOU ABOUT THE RESEARCH HE'S DONE WITH MIGRELIEF. I THOUGHT I HAD HEARD OF THIS BEFORE, I LOOKED IN MY CABINET HAD IT THERE FOR A WHILE, NEVER USED IT. AFTER I READ HIS BOOK I DECIDED TO USE IT AND IT HAS HELPED, WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK. I CAN'T WAIT TIL I GET TO WEEK 4.
I JUST ORDERED SEVERAL BOTTLES.
Customer Review: Surprisingly, this seems to be working!

I have had migraine headaches for 20 years. The insurance company has cut me back to 4 imitrex a month. This really pushed me to start searching for helping my migraines on my own. I started by decreasing my sugar to less than 15 grams per day. This helped tremendously, on its own. Now by adding this in, I have not had a migraine in 2 weeks, which is a record. it is raining here today and I have one coming on, but I only took half one last night and usually, I take one, before bed. I think maybe the decrease could be why. Otherwise, I am absolutely thrilled, yet cautious because I feel it's almost too good to be true. Time will tell.
Side effects I have noticed: I feel like I have some bloating, as someone mentioned in the previous review. My eyes look puffy in the morning. Also, I feel that maybe the 5 pounds I lost from my sugar decrease is coming back. I guess I will have to work out harder and increase my water intake.
