I bought this because I was struggling training at a new job. I'm 36, and was having a hard time to focus and remember things at this job. I also battle fatigue and hip pain when i walk too much...and it didn't take much. I hated walking because of this...but now I've notice that I can go and go and be fine. I noticed a difference in my ability to not only function at work, but I'm much sharper and energetic. My coworkers even noticed and commented on how much better I was doing.
The key is to take it in the morning before breakfast with WATER, just like the directions. I tried to mix it with a shot of orange juice, but I noticed the effect to be MUCH less using orange juice. I don't know if the juice kills the ginseng or what, but I just stick with water now. It's like a natural cup of coffee that lasts all day, and when I get home from work I have the energy to keep going, instead of crashing like before.
I have taken red chinese gensing capsules for years, and never even checked into this extract until now. The results are night and day between the two, the capsules help with energy some, but the extract takes it to a whole new level. There is not much info here on amazon yet, but there are blogs I read that really explain the benefits many people are having from this. I read it helps with back pain, joint pain, and even feet pain. I was confident this was an answer to my prayers, and I'm blown away...I really feel young again. to bad so many people will never consider this...because it could be life changing.
To be honest, I also started to take tribulus a few weeks before, which helps with muscle recovery. between the 2 supplements I feel great again like I did in my prime. It's crazy to know how this can help so many people with feel years younger, but most people just will not take this. I told my grandmother how it could help, and she said she has to ask her doctor. Doctors would be unemployed if they all prescribed natural cures like this one.
