Customer Review: BEST Prenatal Vitamin at a GREAT Cost!

After debating between this product and the New Chapter Organics Prenatal, I chose Rainbow Light and am a huge fan. I chose Rainbow Light because while pregnant, my doctor told me women need more than 100% of certain vitamins for you and the baby, which New Chapter did not provide. I chose the Complete System over the One a Day because vitamins are best absorbed if you can split the dose to 2 or 3 times a day. I usually take 2, 3 times a day and don't find it to be inconvenient. These vitamins are food-based, making them more easily absorbable but also larger tablets so if you have a hard time swallowing you may not like these. They were more difficult to take during bad bouts of morning sickness but I would wait until lunch or before bed so they didn't come back up and took them one at a time. Still worth it for the nutritional value even though sometimes hard to swallow. They also have probiotics, superfoods, and a digestion complex at a price on Amazon 1/2 of what you would pay at any store. Great value!!!
Note: If you're concerned about lead content, go to the Rainbow Light website and read the note from the company with all the facts. All foods grown in the ground contain trace amounts of lead and the only way to eliminate that is to make the entire vitamin all chemicals, which are not as useful or absorbable by the body. The lead content is strictly monitored and much less than you are eating in many other vegetables, plus you're helping meet your complete daily nutritional needs.
