Have used this product for over 2yrs and love it. I can tell a difference if I miss taking the capsules. Gives the body suffiencient amount of fiber needed daily and also helps in the body when it needs to remove the solid waste (fecal matter) from you body. Makes it easier to pass thru the colon.
Lower chlolestoral readings also.
Excellent product. Is a part of my daily vitamin routine.
