I've been taking these multivitamins for about 3 weeks now. 3-6 tablets a day was a little much, since I was used to taking one a days, but I got used to it. They're not hard to swallow at all. At least it makes you drink more water. When the label says the multivitamins are for physical and sexual energy, they weren't kidding. I usually get tired and want to nap mid afternoon, but after taking these multivitamins, my energy level stays up. I don't feel the need to nap or rest during the day. Sexual energy has made a big difference for me. I've noticed I am hard longer and can last longer.
So far, really satisfied with these multivitamins. Will definitely order more once I'm almost out. I hope this review helps!

these vitamins seem to work okay, but you have to take way too many of them a day. six a day. come on, that is drama. they are also a little on the pricey side. my husband uses these vitamins, so i can't really speak too personally other than what he tells me. i don't know, if it were me, i'd just take new chapter organics every man. i take the woman's version and they work great. again, very pricey, but worth it. especially if you find a deal.
