I'm sure these are wonderful vitamins, However it was not clear to me while considering my purchase that you needed to take 6 pills to get the vitamins and minerals on the label. It was only after we bought them and read the label that became clear. Perhaps I just missed it somewhere, but anyone contemplating a purchase should be aware you'll need to take these often to get the benefits.
