This is my 2nd bath filter. I feel better knowing that the chlorine has been removed. They say that chlorine can cause cancer and our skin is our biggest organ. So when we sit in the tub, we are soaking in it. The ball is easy to attach to the tub faucet and it arrived quickly.Customer Review: Immediate difference in water!

This was indeed a great buy. The water in our base housing is super hard and the smell of the chlorine is very strong,but I noticed the immediate difference when I ued the ball. The smell was noticably reduced so I know the product works!Customer Review: works great

I'm happy with this item, except for that the plastic ball wont stay clasped, and won't stay on. However, this doesn't take away from the product working at all, and honestly that clunky ball is a big much anyways! I simply took the plastic off, and use the pouch. I definitely notice a HUGE difference in how my skin and hair feel, and can definitely tell that it's working. (I also use a shower filter, so my baths pre-bath ball, left me itchy and dry).
Decent product, the plastic enclosure could use a redesign, though. That being said, I didn't buy the product for the enclosure, I bought it to clean my bath water. If I could give it a 4.9 I would.. I just can't give it a full five due to the clasp problem. If you're considering this product, I'd say buy it!
