Since I hard back surgery I have had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I was using a sleep aid with acetaminophen in it as does one of my pain medications. I became concerned the I was taking to much acetaminophen everyday whichcan cause liver damage, so I went on a search for a natural sleep aid instead of a prescription sleep medicine. I was given samples of Rapid Sleep Pm and two others at a health food store and tried each one. Rapid Sleep PM surprised on great it worked! I fall asleep in less than a hour and wake up feeling great! It beat out the even the presription ones which had side effects I didn't want like sleep walking, which I had never done before until I took it. My doctors are very pleased that I do have to take the prescription medicine anymore and I have reduced the amount the acetaminophen also. Give this a try it works great and you wake up without being groggy. My son, husband and brother in law all use Rapid Sleep PM now and are happy with it.
