Customer Review: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT!!!!

In this life, we occasionally encounter life changing products. This is absolutely, 100%, undoubtedly one of the best products EVER; life changing! Immediately upon sniffle, scratchy throat, headache, muscle ache, joint pain... whatever... out comes the Braggs! Awesome! Awesome, stuff! I used to drink it every morning; 1 TBS to 16 oz glass of water. If I do this daily; I don't get sick- period. Lately, I just bring it out if I notice I'm fighting something. Our immune systems have become so strong in last few years by taking Braggs, taking Threelac, and praying for health that we only bring it out as needed now.
Childrens and husbands recipe: 2 tsp Braggs, 4 oz water, 2 tsp natural honey. Theirs is delicious! I don't mix mine with honey because I have an intollerance to honey. You can warm this and add some cinnamon for a yummy, warm snack. Don't use too much honey or you might get a stomach cramp. Remember the Bible even warns against too much honey as it can make you sick at your tummy! Taken correctly it's a wonderful, wonderful healing agent!
During the whole Swine Flu saga in 09, our crew never got sick and we have 5 children; some of which are still in the booger eating age; just being honest. We haven't taken a flu shot in years yet have been healthier than ever. For about two years we've been taking Braggs ACV and a product called ThreeLac (probiotic). I am very thankful for both.
Early on, when our immune systems were not strong, we did take Braggs daily and we took Threelac daily. So keep that in mind. If your digestive tract seems to be fine and the issue is simply immunity; Braggs might be all that's needed.
Careful when buying by the gallon because if it sits on your shelf, the flavor of the Brraggs can take on the flavor of plastic!!!!! I used to buy by the gallon jug, now I buy a gallon but by buying several of the large glass bottles at a time.
Miracle Remedy:
Blend:
1 Cup Braggs
1 Cup raw honey
8 crushed garlic cloves
Store in an airtight GLASS container for 5 days. Take 2 tsp in small glass of water each morning before breakfast. If I feel my body fighting a sickness, I can take an additionl 1-2 treatments per day. If I notice one of my children looking pasty or sneezing; I give additional treatments.
You DO NOT have to make this remedy. You can just use ACV, honey and water or just ACV and water. This miracle remedy just adds the wonderful healing power of garlic with it; good stuff.
In conclusion, I only buy Braggs. The grocery store stuff doesn't compare. I use this diligently and don't go out of town without a bottle. We've given family and friends a bottle because of the tremendeous blessing we've received from using it. God has blessed this stuff tremendeously and blessed us by using it! I couldn't be more thankful for a product in all my life! For 2 years we've been a Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar family and Lord willing, we'll never be without it!

Hi, I had read about the benefits of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar for years and finally decided to try some several days ago. After a few days of usage (and this could be coincidental, but unlikely), the psoriasis behind my ears and in my ears has gone away and the psoriasis on my scalp has virtually disappeared as well. I did use a small amount of topical cream on my forehead, but nowhere else. I have a fairly mild case, but this could be a breakthrough for combatting this skin disease I've lived with since I was a teenager. I am not sure if I can at this time say that apple cider vinegar helps with psoriasis, but it's worth a try. My psoriasis continues to stay very "subdued" since I have been using the ACV, but I am also limiting my intake of yeast-containing and wheat products to see if this also contributes to psoriasis flare-ups. I have not wanted to take any drugs for my psoriatic arthritis and I have used any creams very sparingly often going for months without using anything. The other interesting thing about apple cider vinegar (called ACV) is that it doesn't seem to upset my stomach as you would think it might when mixed with water and a little agave nectar or ground stevia leaf. I can even take it at night before bed. I usually mix a tablespoon in about a cup or more of water, add some natural sweetener and drink it down. It's actually refreshing, and has a similar taste in my opinion to kombucha. I then rinse my mouth out with water as a precaution to prevent tooth enamel erosion. Today I mixed ACV with Bragg's Liquid Aminos in some stirfry. It was tangy and tasty. Check out all the blogs about ACV and psoriasis among other things. There is a theory that people with psoriasis have too much alkalinity and ACV corrects that. If you don't drink mass quantities, it can't hurt you, and, who knows, it might "cure what ails ya". Good Luck! I will follow with an update. Please note that you need to buy apple cider vinegar with the "mother" such as Bragg if you are going to ingest it - not inexpensive store shelf apple cider vinegar that you find in the condiments section. Bragg is very reasonably priced in larger quantities. Note: I just received my order from the Vitamin Shoppe, and vinegar in the large gallon plastic bottle somehow leaked out some in the cardboard box onto the enclosed brochures. I called Vitamin Shoppe and they are providing a replacement immediately.
Update: I used the apple cider vinegar, but after several days - and maybe it was because I was on the phone while I was eating very hot applesauce - my throat became raw and sore, so I decided to discontinue the cider vinegar for a few days not knowing if hot foods and liquids were the culprit or the addition of vinegar to my diet - always diluted and no more than a tablespoon in water 1 to 2 times per day. I will try the vinegar again soon, but I will be curious to know if anyone else experiences the same thing. I drink a lot of hot tea, but I have been cooling it down some.

Actually, a little over a month ago, my wife suggested that I try ACV to help relieve the pain and discomfort associated with my acid reflux. Not to mention, I was drinking baking soda by the handful, because the OTC drugs didn't help with my acid reflux, and the prescription meds were getting to expensive. At that point, I was pretty much open to anything that would really work, even as a bona fide skeptic, when it comes to herbal remedies.
Anyway, I tried it and, to my surprise, it worked better than we expected. I drink it twice a day. Once in the morning and after dinner. I do not drink it straight. I dilute one tablespoon with a glass of cold water, and I'm good to go. You have to get accustomed to the taste, but it's really not bad at all. Afterwards, I can feel something good is going on inside of me! I'm seriously considering increasing my intake to three times a day. But for right now, the results are satisfactory.
I'm fortunate also to possess a commercial pilot's license. Pilots are required to submit to a more detailed medical examination than normal. Anyway, here are just a few of my own positve results after a month of consuming Bragg's Organic, Raw & Unfiltered ACV:
1. Lower blood pressure
2. Lower blood sugar
3. Lower LDL (bad cholesterol)
4. Lost about 2 lbs of body weight
Not only that, the joint pains in my knee and elbow, are noticably decreasing. Plus, my energy level has increased to the point that I'm able to get out more with my family, and even take on a light jog again!
It's really an amazing blessing. I owe my thanks and love to my beautiful wife for suggesting ACV. And thanks to The Vitamin Shoppe and Amazon for making such a great, inexpensive, and dependable product available. Hey, I know most of you, as I am, are skeptics. But the results will astonish you. So, please do yourself and your family a life long favor and try it. You don't have to purchase the gallon size. The Vitamin Shoppe offers several other smaller portion sizes of ACV. I recently purchased Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar because they state they are all natural and organic. I was previously using White House all natural Apple Cider Vinegar and after researching Bragg's ACV online and reading other reviews I decided to try it. This is the best tasting ACV I have tasted by far. It tastes more like apples than other brands making it easier to take. My family has recently started a nutrition plan for weight loss and to increase our health in general which was why I was using ACV in the first place. All the research stated organic was the way to go for weight loss and health benefits versus the store bought brands and they are correct. On the White House brand I lost only 3 lbs the first week, since starting on the Bragg's ACV I have lost on average 6 lbs a week bringing my total weight loss now to 20.5 lbs. I love this product. Also, just as an FYI, my mom and two cousins all started on the White House ACV when we started and could not stand the taste. There are 8 of us on the nutrition plan, my mom stopped using the product completely and loses between 1/2 to 1 lb a week the same as those not using the ACV. The two cousins switched to Bragg's as I did and lose between 3 to 6 lbs a week. The product really does help with weight loss. Everyone will be going for follow up blood testing and weigh in's next week so I will let you know how it changes the other numbers as well since 5 of us suffer from high cholesterol, 1 was diagnosed with pre diabetes, 3 with high blood pressure and 1 with hypoglycemia. We have all changed portion sizes on our food, added walking as our moderate exercise and the only difference is the ACV. All on the nutrion plan are over 200 lbs with 1 being over 300 lbs at the start. I think the Bragg's ACV is going to show itself strong with those blood test results as well so I can't say enough good things about the product. Try it and see the difference for your self. If you're considering using Apple Cider Vinegar for health purposes, then it MUST be Bragg's!
After researching ACV for about a week I decided on Bragg's Organic unfiltered with the "mother". Simply type into any search engine "benefits of apple cider vinegar" and you can see for yourself.
I tried Heinz while awaiting the delivery of Bragg's. The "distilled" ACV has virtually ZERO nutrient/health benefit...so go ORGANIC :)
Concotion 3x/day:
Mix 2 tablespoons of Bragg's ACV with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Add to 8-12 oz of water. Stir and drink. It tastes like a very light champagne or ale. I can already see the benefits from ACV. Pants already fit better after one week. The "dark circles" under my eyes are almost cleared up and hemorrhoids are clear as well. The most striking benefit is that I now have regular bowel movements. Before I would go 2-4 days, so this product is definitely aiding in digestion! Also, I haven't taken a Prilosec OTC or antacid in over a month.
Pros:
*Aids in digestion by helping breakdown of fat
*Helps remove dark circles underneath your eyes
*Good for varicose veins
*Proven to help with Acid Reflux (GERD)
*Help reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol
*Lowers blood pressure
*Cures hemorrhoids (from inside via drink, outside via applying to cotton ball)
Cons:
*More expensive than "grocery store" ACV
*Not readily available at local rural supermarkets (leaving larger carbon footprint to have delivered to your home)
Buy it by the GALLON if you're on the fence. It will save you time and money. 1 quart was $5.68 ($22.72/gallon) v/s $14.99 for the gallon jug.
