Braggs is the only apple cider vinegar that I will buy....I love the stuff. Well not the taste but it does wonders if you follow the suggested daily serving on the side, for weight loss and many other things. I also use it for digestion aide and to control blood sugar.
I would strongly recommend this product.

Besides my husband and I adding a couple of teaspoons to our tea daily, our dog had a skin condition on her leg that was always red and itchy. When we got the apple cider vinegar, we applied it daily to the dog's leg and in just a couple of weeks, the redness went away and the dog stopped licking the area.Customer Review: Tastes good with Honey

I have not notices a significant improvement in my health but then I have not been sick. I hope to get a physical with labs in a few months so I hope to see my numbers improve. Anyway, two teaspoons of vinegar with two teaspoons of honey makes it good to drink which I do twice a day.

I hear a lot of great claims for apple cider vinegar. This one seems to be one of the better organic products available and I like the fact that it contains the natural enzymes. I take a little twice a day in a glass of water. The price is great...best I could find anywhere.
