I have used other size 10 batteries but although this one was more expensive, (bought 2 packs in 2009 and another cheaper brand later on for comparison), it lasts really long.
What I appreciate the most about it is that when it gets weak and my hearing aids beep to warn about it, the batteries still hold up and can be used for almost an hour, giving ample time to get extra batteries to replace with, therefore not leaving you "hanging" by suddenly going off...
Its worth the money and will buy again.

Wish they lasted longer than four days, but I have found that they last a little longer than other hearing aid batteries.
