It's difficult anymore to find simply unwaxed floss where I shop. It's the only kind that really gets my teeth clean. It seems all that is available in stores anymore is waxed and waxed with cinnamon or mint flavor. No thanks! I've tried waxed(unflavored and flavored)and it takes several swipes sometimes to clear out the debris.
After the big W-mart stopped carrying it I drove 30 miles from where I live to a grocery store and bought out their entire supply. Eventually they quit carrying it as well and until now I couldn't find it anywhere.
I really don't know what the big draw is to waxed floss but if that is all that's available, I'd rather use string.
