I purchased the product (Real-Ease Neck and Shoulder Relaxer) on 3/12 and use it whenever I start to ache or get a spasm. I lay on the carpet for about 10/12 minutes and feel really good afterwards. This little gadget is wonderful. I have arthritis which causes constant neck, shoulder and back pain. When the neck gets unbearable a few minutes on this and the pain is gone. It looks scarey if you have pain but it gives immediate relaxation and ease.Customer Review: Excellent!
